We strive to process new prescriptions and transfers promptly. For new prescriptions, it usually takes 1-2 hours once we have all necessary information. Transfers can take 24-48 hours depending on the responsiveness of your current pharmacy. We will contact you once it's ready.

For refills, please provide your prescription (Rx) number(s) and the medication name(s). If you don't have the Rx number, the medication name and your date of birth will help us find it.

MedsCheck appointments are typically covered by OHIP for eligible patients. For minor ailment and virtual consultations, some may be covered by OHIP or your private insurance, while others may have a professional service fee. Please inquire when booking or check our Medical Clinic page for details.

Our team will contact you via your preferred method (phone or email) that you provide in the form to confirm details, notify you when prescriptions are ready for pick-up/delivery, or to confirm your appointment time.

Please call us directly at (416) 745-6212 as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule any appointment. This helps us manage our schedule and offer the slot to another patient.

Generally, you should only request prescriptions for yourself unless you are the legal guardian or have explicit consent for a dependent (e.g., a child). For privacy reasons, it's best if adults manage their own requests. If you have questions about this, please call us.
