The journey of Permanent Drug Mart began in the 1980s when my father took the helm of this vital community pharmacy. With unwavering dedication and countless hours of hard work, he transformed it into a sanctuary of health and a provider for not only our own family of five siblings but also for relatives and many within our community. My mother never worked outside the home, a testament to the pharmacy’s success under his stewardship.
He built this pharmacy on the simple principle of going the extra step, ensuring every person who walked through our doors felt seen, heard, and cared for. It was his life’s work, a source of immense pride, and the foundation upon which our family—and our community’s trust—was built.
